Biking distribution in India is increasing every year. The country-overseas company is taking advantage of its very good advantage. Also, the bike is also being compelled by the people. We are going to show you a special talk of a bike that is going on. Those who are very fond of bikes can buy expensive expensive bikes, too cheap prices.

his post is part of a series sponsored by ITC (Insurance Technologies Corporation).
In a study co-sponsored by ITC, we discovered agencies who are heavy users of technology are twice as likely to have better sales processes. In addition, agencies who use marketing and sales technology sell more policies and show larger revenue growth.
The right agency technology can set you up for success. But, there’s a lot to consider. I’ve previously outlined some technology essentials for today’s agency to remain competitive. Here are a few more essentials to round out your agency technology stack.

1. Internet

Don’t opt for the cheapest internet plan with a slow connection. Today, your business all but relies on a good internet connection. Make sure to choose a provider that is quick and dependable. You want a connection that is fast and reliable.
Making a client on the phone wait while you try to download something does not leave a good impression. Consider download and upload speeds as well as a provider’s uptime.

2. Scanner, Printer, Copier

While the world goes increasingly digital, sometimes there is still paper. But, you don’t have to keep that paper. In fact, it’s better if you don’t. Scan it into your agency management system, and then shred and throw it out. Even better if you get a scanner that can also serve as your agency’s printer and copier.

3. E-Signature

Your goal as an insurance agency should be to remove as much friction from the insurance buying process as you can. You need to make it easy for a consumer to choose you. Requiring a prospect to print, sign, and fax (or scan and then email) a document is friction. Using e-signature removes that friction.

4. Firewall

You’ll be using the internet to connect to a lot of services and programs. A strong firewall is critical to securing your agency’s data. It keeps unauthorized external users like hackers from accessing your data. A firewall can also block viruses, spam and malicious applications.
Bottom line? The potential exposure and damage to your agency without a firewall is enormous. This technology is essential for your new agency.

5. Cloud Storage

Cloud storage is where you store your agency’s data on remote servers you access using the internet. There are a few key reasons why your agency should use cloud storage.
First, you save money because you don’t need to buy and maintain a local server. Second, if your office gets vandalized or destroyed in a natural disaster, you’ll still have all your data. Finally, cloud storage gives you greater flexibility with access to data from anywhere.

2 rupees can make your white hair black plump, like this ...

September 03, 2018
Many experts agree that a website should be updated every two to three years. As website trends and design best practices are constantly evolving, the three-year mark is typically when a website starts to show its age. If you’re like most insurance agents, your website is the last thing on your mind. You spend a chunk of your marketing dollars to keep your website running, but you aren’t actively using it. Your website is covered in figurative spider webs and, as a result, you may not be receiving many, if any, referrals from it.

Ask yourself this: “Is my website working as hard as I am?” If not, it’s time to kick it into gear. Here are four essentials do’s and don’ts for a website design that generates leads:
  1. Don’t over-complicate. Do make it simpler.
It can be easy to fall into the trap of “more is better,” but when it comes to web design, this isn’t the case. Website design simplicity doesn’t translate to boring design or elementary coding. Rather, a minimalist website eliminates unnecessary and extraneous information. There aren’t confusing navigation tabs, long breadcrumb trails to hidden pages, and a cluttered sidebar or homepage. Rather than overwhelm your visitor, you want to guide them to where you want them to go. Focus on using minimal (yet relevant) content, high-quality images, a simple navigation, and a few select attention-grabbing links or call-to-action boxes.
  1. Don’t rely solely on images. Do incorporate video.
Just a decade ago, adding video to a website was a luxury. Today, it’s essential for every site. Video has a profound impact on the average time a visitor spends on your website. Why? It slows down your website visitor. Their mind isn’t deciding whether your website is a worthy place to spend time; they are too busy watching the video. It should come as no surprise then that the average user spends 88% more time on a website with video. Video also attracts 300% more monthly website visitors and results in a 157% increase in organic traffic from search engines. Video doesn’t just modernize your website; it also increases traffic and leads.
  1. Don’t write a novel. Do make scanning easy.
After spending months of your time and energy crafting your website, you are probably hoping that visitors will read every single word. Because of this, you may be tempted to write long, lengthy paragraphs about your practice. While these sections are full of great information, generally visitors are just going to be scanning the content. Use headers, subheads, and bullet points throughout your content to break up longer sections and save the extended prose for your autobiography.
  1. Don’t think solely about computers. Do make your site mobile-responsive.
While the rise of website domination originated on the PC, it is now being taken over by mobile traffic. 25% of Americans only use mobile devices to access the Internet, with nine out of 10 mobile searches leading to action and 70% of mobile searches leading to action within one hour. It’s important for your website to be easy to navigate both on a computer and a mobile device. If your website hasn’t been updated in the last two years, it may be mobile friendly, but it’s likely not mobile responsive. Mobile-friendly means that your site doesn’t have any Flash animation and, while it can be accessed on a device, it may have limited usability. Mobile-responsive means your site changes in size and layout based on the device on which a user is viewing it, making it easy for anyone to navigate.
  1. Don’t let your visitors get lost. Do encourage them to take action.
We’ve all been sucked into the black hole of the Internet: watch one video and two hours later you’ve watched every recommended video on YouTube. The truth is, the Internet is full of information and it is easy to lose track of what you set out to do. Make it easy for your visitors to make an appointment with you, follow you on social media, or read your latest blog article by providing an abundance of form fills and social buttons. We suggest having a “Contact Us” option on every page of your website. Keep the forms straight-forward with limited required information — a name, email, and phone number — and your guests will be more likely to fill it out.

Footage that kills the conspiracy theories: Unseen 9/11 footage shows WTC Building 7 consumed by fire

Its dramatic collapse several hours after the Twin Towers fell triggered a decade of conspiracy theories.
Those who believed that the September 11 attacks on America were not carried out by Al Qaeda terrorists pointed to the fall of World Trade Center Building 7 as proof of their wild claims.
But a newly released video appears to finally prove once and for all that Building 7 was brought down by the intense heat of the blazing World Trade Center - and not explosives, as conspiracy theorists claim.
Buckling: The windows in the upper right corner show how the building's exterior frame could no longer withstand the high temperatures
The video shows up-close shots of the lower floors of World Trade Center Building 7, located just across the street from the Twin Towers, and focuses in on the exterior metal beams of Building 7 as they begin to buckle as they are overheated.
The buckling led to floors falling in on one another, causing the building to collapse.
Though the entirety of the collapse is not shown in the video, it does show how there is legitimacy to the explanation provided by the government's 9/11 Commission investigation.
The video was made by a local news reporter and was released through a Freedom of Information Act request.
Shot from the north side of the building on Barclay Street, and between the buildings in the background, the video shows the mass of raging fires taking place on the grounds of the World Trade Center.
Though Building 7 was separate from the main World Trade Center complex, there were two pedestrian bridges connecting Building 7 to the main complex across the street, linking the buildings by the third floor.
In the video, viewers can see the glowing flames on what appears to be the sixth floor of the building, and as the camera zooms in, you can even see the metal bars of the exterior buckling.
It is unclear when exactly during the day the video is shot, but considering the fact that the building is still standing it must be well before it's collapse which happened at 5.21pm. That said, the news reporter is the only person we see on the street, so the mass confusion and evacuation that took place earlier in the morning in the midst of the attacks had settled at that point.
At points, the news reporter seems clearly aghast, saying 'It's a surreal environment' and  'It's almost impossible to describe'.
Official investigators say that after the South Tower fell at 9.59am and the North Tower at 10.28am, the pieces of the rubble did irreparable damage to Building 7, causing it to burn by floor by floor, getting progressively weaker along the way.
The investigation by the Federal Emergency Management Agency said that the collapse was caused by a combination of the damage from the debris - and not the impact of the debris itself- and lacking water in the fire sprinklers throughout the building.
The largest tenant of the 47-story building was the bank Salomon Smith Barney, but there were also offices of the CIA, the Department of Defence, utility company ConEd, and the Internal Revenue Service.
Office space: Building 7 housed offices of the CIA, Department of Defence, utility company ConEd, and bank Salomon Smith Barney which was the largest tenant
Because of the time span of the events, everyone was able to evacuate the building and there were no casualties within Building 7.
Government analysts part of the 9/11 Commission said that all three of the buildings that fell in New York that day were due to 'total progressive collapse,' which means that when a building has extreme damage in one area, the entire structure of the building is weakened as a result.
Unless the damage is limited to one area, it will have a domino effect, moving on to lower floors in the building until it entirely collapses.
Conspiracy theorists take issue with that account, believing instead that the government was involved in the placement of explosive devices throughout the New York buildings, and even go so far to say that the incident at the Pentagon was caused by a missile rather than a plane.

The kitchen cupboards are empty, your purse is feeling rather light, and it's months until you receive your next student loan instalment.
We've all been there, and if you don't fancy robbing a bank, you'll probably think that you have no option but to look for a part-time job.
But if you don't want to venture into the world of regular employment just yet, check out this guide to the best product testing companies who often pay for your opinions.
There are companies out there who are willing to pay you decent money for giving your opinions and reviewing their stuff.
They'll sometimes send products free of charge in exchange for your feedback (which you could sell online), or they might just pay you cold, hard cash for your views. Sounds great, doesn't it?
We've already shared some great ways to make money, but this nifty guide will teach you everything you need to know about making money specifically from product testing. From assessing the benefits to finding the best (and legit) sites, we've got the essentials covered! Read on…
We've seen some of the following freebies up for grabs:
  • Vouchers for stores such as Debenhams and Amazon
  • Gadgets and technology, like Apple iPads and Samsung smartphones
  • Food items (sometimes limited edition)
  • Drinks
  • Cosmetics
  • Toiletries
  • Books and magazines
  • Cash
  • Clothing and footwear
  • It's worth noting at this stage that not every user of product testing sites gets sent something to test. This is because there are 1000s of users and they simply can't afford to send out 1000+ free TVs, for example. But if you don't buy a ticket, you can't win the raffle…

The best product testing websites

If you want to get involved with product testing, you'll obviously need to know which websites offer the best deals.
There are more popping up all the time, but there are a select few with great reputations that you can be sure will deliver what they promise. After testing a whole range of sites ourselves we have come up with a list of the most trusted product testing sites below.
  1. Toluna

We say: Toluna is pretty much the best site out there when it comes to getting free products and rewards for your views. You simply sign up for a free account (click here), then you can choose to start testing products or select various polls to answer.
How it works: To receive free products for testing, you can visit the ‘testing' area of the site (under rewards), and apply to test products. If you are chosen to test the product then it will be sent out to you.
You get to the keep the items, in exchange for filling in a short survey about what you thought of the product.
Example testing items: The goods on offer change all the time, but often include shower gel, toothpaste and cosmetics.
Likelihood of receiving products: Toluna generally have around 200-500 of each product to test and testers are chosen at random each time.
  2. UserTesting

We say: UserTesting is awesome because it lets you test websites for money. Although you won't be testing products it's really fun and the range of sites you get to test keeps you entertained.
How it works: You sign up and complete a test review. If that all goes well you are then sent sites to review from time to time.
You then get paid $10 to your PayPal for every review you do and they only take around 20 minutes.
Example testing items: Just websites (which you don't get to keep)…
Likelihood of receiving products: It's a trusted site and only 1% of reviews get declined.
  3. Pinecone

We say: Pinecone is an excellent and well trusted survey and product testing site, and one of the best paying too.
The only problem with them is that invites are hard to come by and we only get them every now and then (check via the link below).
How it works: You can sign up to Pinecone to answer surveys and from time to time you might be asked to test a product.
Example testing items: Beauty products, food, drink & more.
Likelihood of receiving products: The Pinecone products are a little more limited than other sites but you have less users to contend with, so the chances of getting a product are actually higher.
  4. i-Say

We say: i-Say is one of the UK's leading market research companies, and they are more than happy to reward you for your opinions.
How it works: It's simply a case of filling in surveys and letting them know what you think about certain products, or what your typical buying habits are.
Sometimes the surveys require i-Say to send you a product to test.
    Example testing items: N/A
Likelihood of receiving products: We're yet to be sent any products from i-Say but have earned a lot through answering their surveys, so it's still well worth signing up
  5. Crowdville

We say: Crowdville is the new kid on the product testing block – in the UK, at least. They're already well-established in Italy, and have a unique spin on product testing: apps. If you love discovering the latest and greatest smartphone apps, you should definitely consider getting paid for it.
How it works: Once you've signed up to Crowdville and completed your profile, you need to join a ‘mission' (a product test, to you and me). They'll send you all the details from there!
They even have a step-by-step guide showing you how to test the apps – how to take screenshots, report a bug, fill in a survey, and all the rest.
    Example testing items: Apps.
Likelihood of receiving products: As Crowdville are so new, we can't quite say how often you'll be selected for tests. Still, there's no harm in signing up and finding out, right?
You may also want to try the website BzzAgent, as well as looking out for “supermarket home panels”, or signing up to fashion magazine newsletters – but these product tests are very rare and hard to get on to.

Know your odds

It would be easy to assume that just because you've signed up to test a product, you'll automatically receive it. Unfortunately this is often not the case!
Most companies set aside around £5,000 – £10,000 of products every month to test, and because most of these sites have 1000s of users, they can't send a product to everyone.
It's best to think of it as entering a competition each time you apply to test a product!

Be selective about the products you choose

It's easy to get carried away and sign up for every free product you can find, but you're just wasting your own time.
If you have no real interest in receiving the latest copy of a baby and parenting magazine, don't fill in the form!

Always follow up with the company

Never forget that these companies are giving you free stuff because they want to know what you think of them. If you forget to send your reviews, they probably won't send you anything again.
It usually only takes a few minutes to give your feedback, so make sure you do it.

Don't give up after one day

If you sign up to a product testing website then never return, you're not likely to receive anything. Make sure you check back on a regular basis to see what's available.
On sites such as Toluna, you can even chat with fellow testers. If you prove that you're reliable, have a fully updated profile and that you plan to stick around, you're more likely to receive the best products.

Set up a “testing” email

If you don't want your personal emails to get in the way of your testing emails (meaning that you might miss out on an opportunity) then we recommend setting up a testing email account.
The good news is that you can also use this email for competitions, survey sites and any other times you're unsure about handing over your personal email.
It might seem a bit too good to be true, but the product testing sites reviewed in this guide really are genuine and, if you stick with it, you're likely to get a least a few freebies out of them.
And if you've got the bug for getting rewarded for your opinions, check out our guide to paid online survey sites.
